Our Policy
We want you to love your LeafByte products. Since our moringa and Mor-Jee powders are consumable food items, we can only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the conditions below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@leafbyt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short unboxing video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once verified.
Change of Mind
As our products are sealed food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a package has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery at the customer's own shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though the return conditions above will apply. If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, the COD handling fee is non-refundable if an order is cancelled after dispatch.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days of approval.
